It is the best pizza in Prescott
|
| You can buy it by the slice, if you're not convinced. I read in the Courier that they get their dough from Italy, and it has a lower glycemic index than American dough, but frankly it's so good I don't know whether to believe that. The sauce is not too acidic, either.
Bill's Pizza has the best pizza in Prescott! They have a variety of flavors and you can create your own. You can get it by the slice, individuals, or full size pizzas. One flavor is "Bada-Bing" with sausage, carmelized onions and roasted bell peppers...

One thing that sets the pizza apart is the use of imported pizza flour from Italy to make a sourdough crust. "It's milled very fine like a cake flour would be and costs about three times as much as regular Pizza flour."
There are 22 pizza "creations" and counting. They are prepared in gas-fired brick ovens, with ingredients such as custom-made sausage, sheep's milk feta imported from France and extra-virgin olive oil. |

"At Bill's you can get a plain cheese slice for $2 or a 7-topping, 18-incher for $20...and everything and anything in between. The selection is mind boggling, starting with sauce: red, aglio olio, pesto, Thai, barbecue, and Bill's special of red and pesto mixed together. These are spread across lean and chewy crusts and can be adorned with toppings that range from artichoke hearts to zucchini. If you are not in a creative mood, the menu obliges by offering a few dozen specialty combos, among them a Greek-accented Mediterranean with feta cheese, spinach, and kalamata olives and a Bill's Favorite with his mixed sauce, pepperoni, salami, and sausage. There is live music every Saturday night, when microbrew beers cost a mere $1.50."
