It's the best pizza in Prescott. You can buy it by the slice, if you're not convinced. I read in the Courier that they get their dough from Italy, and it has a lower glycemic index than American dough, but frankly it's so good I don't know whether to believe that. The sauce is not too acidic, either.
Bill's Pizza has the best pizza in Prescott! They have a variety of flavors and you can create your own. You can get it by the slice, individuals, or full size pizzas. One flavor is "Bada-Bing" with sausage, carmelized onions and roasted bell peppers...

This is the BEST pizza I've had in a long time, including the pizza at Pizzaria Bianco in Phoenix, featured on the Oprah show. It could not have been improved one bit. It was my son's birthday and they even agreed to bring out cupcakes we brought along and sing happy birthday. I'd drive the two hours back from the valley just for this pizza!"
Bill Tracy owns the new Bill's Pizza. Bill has a degree in the culinary arts and used to own the Dinner Bell in downtown Prescott. His Pizza is the best. . . it's the sauce and the crust. You can even buy a slice, take it outside and eat it across the street on the courthouse square.
